Back by popular demand! Our first fermenting workshop this summer was a hit, and we’ve had requests for another one.
This workshop will include:
- A discussion of the history and health benefits of fermented foods
- A step-by-step demonstration and hands-on workshop of the fermentation process, where you’ll make (and take home) your very own fermented blend
- A walking tour of the Vincent Family Farm
- A hands-on kombucha-making demo by Kombucha Corey, our Kombucha supplier. He will have SCOBYs available for sale so you can begin making your own kombucha at home!

Cost: $15 per participant (includes all materials and ingredients for a fermented blend you’ll take home)
